As simple as it may seem, this process is all about understanding the core idea that everything is connected. Your GM is linked to how you process food, what gets absorbed, your emotions, what you’re thinking, feeling hangry all the time and so on and so forth.

The goal is to assess where you’re at, where you can improve and develop sustainable, identity-based habits that will have your gut friends (aka the good bacteria) jumping with excitement! Because when your gut friends are happy, they will make YOU happy.
