In the past year, I have up-leveled my self-development routine.

What that means for me is being hyper aware of my daily thoughts, emotions and actions.

I like to question, with compassion and curiosity, about 90% of what comes through my brain on any given day.

This includes thoughts that come up when I'm scrolling on my phone, interacting with other humans, watching tv or laying/sitting in silence.

Being hyper aware of my thoughts also allows me to examine the belief systems I've developed over the years and whether or not they still serve me towards the higher version of myself.

Our belief systems have a great deal of influence on how we function every single day.

Whether you created or inherited your beliefs, they affect every single decision you make on your health, relationships, career, etc.

In the next few days, I invite you to take inventory of and examine your own beliefs and see what comes up.

How do your current beliefs show up in your everyday decision-making?

How do they affect your mood?

Do they prevent you from or encourage you towards achieving a particular goal in your life?
