This simple habit can make or break your healing journey

When you learn to and practice managing your thoughts, you are also healing your gut.

If you want to completely banish fatigue, headaches or bloating, then you need to practice this mind-blowing hack.

Quit those dirty thoughts!

Or rather, manage them. And the kind you’re probably thinking is not what I’m talking about.

There have been studies revealing that we have tens of thousands of thoughts per day and most of them are negative. Think about it (pun intended). Having thoughts that begin with…

I can’t

• I just don’t have time

• I don’t want to have to give up

• I’m such an idiot

• It’s just not gonna work

can affect how you feel and consequently sabotage your progress (or worse, lead to inertia). How would your perspective change if you simply started those thoughts with…

I can

I’ll make the time

I can still have in moderation

I learned from that mistake

With time and patience, I’ll have success

It’s easy to fall into negative self-talk and not always realize that you’re doing it. Years upon years of conditioned programming based on adopted beliefs from our environment, society or people around us only perpetuate the problem.

This chronic cycle of negativity is typically riddled with self judgment (or of others) that often lead to stress which then puts you in FOF mode and consequently altering your GM for the worse!

Remember the connectedness of it all? Your brain affects your gut and your gut affects your brain.

Our brain is designed for maximum efficiency (AKA, to be lazy :). By practicing awareness of your thoughts and deciding to manage them, you are not only rewiring your brain, but you are also changing the state of your gut for the better.
